Kids and Family Canada A RISEC Community Foundation Initiative

Welcome to Kids and Family Canada, a heartwarming initiative by RISEC Community Foundation designed to support newcomer families in Canada. Our mission is to help families build positive and lasting memories together, provide newcomer children with opportunities to engage in sports and activities and ensure a smooth and successful transition to life in Canada.

Our Objectives

  1. Build Positive Memories
We organize family-oriented events and outings to create enjoyable and memorable experiences. By encouraging family bonding through shared activities, we help families build strong connections and lasting memories.

  2. Promote Sports and Activities
We provide newcomer children with opportunities to join local sports teams and participate in recreational activities. Through partnerships with local sports organizations, we ensure that our programs are accessible and inclusive for all.

  3. Support Successful Transition
We offer resources and guidance to help families navigate their new environment and integrate seamlessly into Canadian society. By connecting families with community services and support networks, we aim to ease their transition and enhance their overall well-being.
