Empowering Newcomers with Technology

Sponsorship Package

The ENTT (Empower Newcomers Through Technology) program is designed to assist newcomers to Canada in obtaining computers and related technologies. We recognize that these tools are critical for success in today’s digital world, and some newcomers may face difficulties acquiring them.

Our goal is to bridge that gap and empower you with the technology you need.

How You Can Help

Through the ENTT program, we aim to provide laptops to newcomers who need them most. This assistance is intended for individuals and families who face financial barriers to purchasing their own devices.

Please Note: We have a limited number of laptops available and related types of equipment, and applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Even if you are requesting a laptop, you can still support our efforts:

Spread the Word: Tell your friends, family, and community about the ENTT program and RISEC Community Foundation.
Volunteer: Consider volunteering your time and skills to help us with program activities. We constantly need help.
Donate: If you’re able, a donation can help us acquire more laptops and expand our reach.

Please note, we have a limited number of laptops. If you are selected as a candidate to be a recipient, we will require you to prepare the following:

Two references, one must be from a teacher. Please include their contact number.
Parental consent if under 18 years old.
Sign an agreement that the laptop will be used for its intended purposes.

From language classes and job training to career mentorship and settlement support, we strive to create a proactive environment where every newcomer has an opportunity to thrive and find success in Canada.
