Connecting Cultures and Community Leaders (3CL)
Bridging Cultures Together
Connecting Cultures and Community Leaders (3CL) is an innovative initiative by the RISEC Community Foundation designed to bridge cultural gaps and empower community leaders. Through 3CL, we aim to create a platform where diverse cultures come together to celebrate shared values, foster understanding, and promote leadership among newcomers and established community members alike.
This initiative provides an opportunity for leaders from all walks of life to connect, collaborate, and build inclusive communities that thrive on diversity. With a focus on mentorship, cultural exchange, and leadership development, 3CL supports individuals in navigating the challenges of settlement while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
