With a unique blend of medical and business expertise, Zoya brings over a decade of project management experience, with a solid background in research, strategic planning, and client engagement. Her leadership in both the infrastructure and the built environment sectors aligns seamlessly with the goals of Canadian Horizons, positioning her as an invaluable asset to our team.

Zoya holds an MBA with a focus on Project Management and Digital Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating with a remarkable GPA of 3.94. Additionally, she has earned certifications in Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Control, strengthening her command of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Zoya’s project management experience is further enhanced by her data-driven approach, adeptly using tools like Project Libre and Microsoft Office to track project progress, manage risks, and deliver impactful results.

Her professional journey includes a tenure at Synovate Comcon (now Ipsos) as a Senior Qualitative Research Executive, where she skillfully led research projects across regions, often exceeding quotas by up to 40%. Zoya’s strength in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team management has been instrumental in her success, whether she’s moderating focus groups or supervising team performance. She has a keen eye for detail and an exceptional ability to translate client needs into actionable project milestones, ensuring that each phase meets or exceeds expectations.
