Tuliy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master, adding to his credentials as a proficient and structured leader. His project management skills span from planning and executing to monitoring and reporting, skills he honed in various roles, including as Project Manager at BlackTech Academy and as Product Manager at Frolgate Technology Group. His hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Trello, ClickUp, and Microsoft Project enables him to ensure projects run smoothly, meeting both deadlines and financial constraints.

Throughout his career, Tuliy has led multiple projects involving technical implementations, process optimizations, and cross-functional team management. In his recent role with BlackTech Academy, he successfully managed concurrent projects, maintained alignment with corporate strategy, and applied risk assessment strategies that kept projects on track. Tuliy’s ability to foster communication across diverse stakeholder groups, including technical teams, business leaders, and community members, has been a cornerstone of his project success.

In addition to his technical expertise, Tuliy’s strong interpersonal skills make him a perfect fit for the Canadian Horizons team. He is known for his dedication to creating supportive, inclusive environments and his adaptability in fast-paced settings.
