Originally from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Sam brings a unique global perspective, backed by a robust educational and professional background in digital marketing and social media management.

Sam’s journey in marketing began at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and Advertising, solidifying his foundation in communication and digital engagement. Further advancing his expertise, he completed an AA in Business Communications & Marketing Strategies at the University Canada West in Vancouver, BC. This academic experience has equipped Sam with a wide-ranging skill set that spans target market analysis, content creation, and campaign planning.

In his professional career, Sam has amassed over two years of hands-on experience working with brands across various industries, including his recent roles as a Social Media Manager at ABA Blinds & Interiors and as a Brand Ambassador and Social Media Content Creator at University Canada West. He has also served as the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer at Faith Latin Cuisine Restaurant, where he increased follower engagement by 40% and boosted brand recognition by 50% through innovative social media strategies. His ability to drive measurable outcomes in brand awareness and customer loyalty aligns perfectly with RISEC’s vision of fostering strong, inclusive community engagement through digital channels.

Sam’s technical proficiencies extend to a variety of industry-standard tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Hootsuite, and HubSpot. These skills, combined with his bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, empower him to craft tailored, visually compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
