We are thrilled to announce that Parisa Khorasaniesmaeili has joined the Career Ready team as a Career Mentor. With over ten years of experience in teaching and advising, Parisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our community. 

Parisa is a dedicated educator known for her ability to provide career guidance, develop educational programs, and foster inclusive learning environments. Her strong interpersonal skills and commitment to supporting diverse student populations make her a perfect fit for our team. Parisa is currently pursuing a program in Accounting and Payroll at Bow Valley College in Calgary, AB. She holds a PhD in Political Science and International Relations from Azad University of Baft, Iran, where she also completed her Master’s degree in the same field. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Azad University of Sirjan, Kerman, Iran.

Parisa’s career journey is marked by significant roles that have honed her skills in career counseling and educational program development. She has served as an Employment Advisor and Practicum Coordinator at Heritage College, where she provided comprehensive career guidance, coordinated with employers, and delivered training programs. Additionally, she has volunteered as an Employment Counselor, supporting newcomers with career management skills and resources. Her teaching experience includes roles as an Assistant Lecturer at Baft University and an English Teacher at Zabansara Institute. Parisa has also volunteered as a Coach for Young Leaders with the Calgary Youth Justice Society and served as a Teacher Assistant at Bayview School in Toronto. Parisa has also held the position of HR Manager at Tarokh Company in Iran, where she managed recruitment processes, implemented HR systems, and maintained employee-related data entries.

Parisa’s extensive experience and passion for education and career development align perfectly with RISEC’s mission. We believe her innovative strategies and compassionate approach will greatly benefit our community members, helping them navigate their career paths with confidence and success.
