We are thrilled to welcome Mallika Guha as the Recruiter/Coordinator for the 1000 Seeds Team at RISEC Community Foundation. Based in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Mallika brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to our organization. Her ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate warmly and effectively with people makes her a valuable addition to our team. Known for her sense of responsibility, organization, and strategic thinking, Mallika is well-equipped to manage our HR operations with efficiency and care.

Mallika’s journey in human resources began with her roles as an HR Executive at Factorial Solutions in Gurgaon and Adroit Consultants in New Delhi. During her tenure, she excelled in recruitment coordination with corporate clients in the Fintech industry, sourcing and screening resumes, and conducting mock interviews to prepare candidates for their roles. One of her notable achievements was building a candidate relationship management database, which served as a ready talent pool for future positions.

Her commitment to continuous learning is evident from her educational background. Mallika holds a Diploma in Human Resource from Concordia University in Montréal, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Human Resource from Wigan and Leigh College in Delhi, and a Diploma in Software Engineering in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology in Guwahati. Additionally, she has pursued a Certification Course in Pastry Arts from the Academy of Pastry Arts in Gurgaon, showcasing her creative side and passion for baking.

Mallika’s linguistic proficiency in English, French, Hindi, and Bengali, combined with her computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), adds to her versatility and ability to connect with a diverse team and community. Her interests in preparing PowerPoint presentations, video editing, baking, cooking, art and craft, and her dedication to human resources and administrative experience reflect her multifaceted personality and commitment to personal and professional growth.
