We are thrilled to welcome Krupaben Soni to the RISEC Community Foundation as our new Community Development Manager (CDM) – Grants and Special Funding within the Canadian Horizons team. Krupaben brings a wealth of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, and comprehensive project management, making her a perfect fit for this crucial role.

Krupaben has a strong background in developing high-quality responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and Requests for Quotations (RFQ), particularly within federal and state government contracts, as well as for corporate clients. Her ability to conduct meticulous research, perform detailed analysis, and manage the full lifecycle of proposals from design to production has consistently resulted in the successful acquisition of funding and resources for previous employers.

In her role as a Proposal Writer at Future Net Pvt Ltd., Krupaben demonstrated her expertise in managing complex projects that required coordination across various teams, including technical experts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and finance teams. Her proficiency in maintaining compliance matrices, databases, and response templates, coupled with her experience in facilitating critical meetings, showcases her strong organizational skills and her ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Additionally, Krupaben’s experience in office administration at Atwood Oceanic Pacific Ltd. and her role as an Auditor at Idea Cellular Ltd. have further honed her skills in managing complex processes, verifying compliance, and coordinating various administrative functions. This experience will be invaluable as she navigates the multifaceted responsibilities of securing grants and special funding for RISEC’s projects.

Her academic background in Information Technology, combined with her hands-on experience in technical and proposal writing, positions her as a versatile professional capable of leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration within our team.
