With over a decade of experience in Facebook advertising and six years in Google AdWords, Kawsar brings a powerful blend of digital marketing expertise and leadership to RISEC. His skills in media buying, campaign optimization, and audience engagement have helped him manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Kawsar has demonstrated his strategic abilities through his role at Fantasy Digital, where he played a pivotal part in developing the agency from the ground up. His efforts led to serving more than 100 clients across Bangladesh, showcasing his talent for client management, content development, and campaign oversight. Known for his leadership skills, Kawsar has guided teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and optimized performance, ensuring positive returns on investment.

In addition to his marketing expertise, Kawsar holds intermediate-level knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and WordPress. His hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce makes him well-prepared to implement strategies that will amplify RISEC’s social media presence across Southeast Asia. His proficiency in both technical and creative aspects of social media ensures that campaigns will resonate with diverse audiences and align with RISEC’s mission of empowering newcomers.

Kawsar’s educational background, including a Master’s in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, reflects his strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking. With this combination of technical expertise, creative insight, and leadership acumen, Kawsar is well-positioned to take our social media presence to new heights, driving engagement and fostering meaningful connections with our communities in Southeast Asia.
