We are excited to welcome Jeffrey Regidor as the newest HR Manager for the Canadian Horizons team at the RISEC Community Foundation. With over six years of experience in human resources and administrative roles in the education sector, Jeffrey brings a strategic focus and people-centered approach to his role. He joins us with a robust background in recruitment, employee engagement, and process improvement. His work with the Department of Education in the Philippines provided him with experience in managing HR functions, supporting employee onboarding, and organizing administrative records, establishing him as a dependable leader within the HR field.
Currently completing a diploma in Business Human Resource Management, Jeffrey combines formal HR training with practical experience, enabling him to implement effective HR strategies that align with organizational goals. His administrative capabilities are further complemented by his background in public administration, which has equipped him with a strong understanding of policy compliance, data management, and workplace safety standards. Jeffrey is also certified in WHMIS, GMP, and health and safety procedures, which reflect his commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive, and compliant work environment.
In his recent role at New York Fries, Jeffrey honed his skills in customer service and teamwork within a fast-paced environment, excelling in operational efficiency and collaborative problem-solving. He is known for his attention to detail, patience, and excellent communication skills, making him highly effective in building positive relationships and fostering a productive workplace culture. His technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to dynamic environments further support his commitment to professional growth and effective HR operations.
Fluent in English and equipped with a strong customer-focused approach, Jeffrey is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and collaborative workplace environment.
