Ifeanyi’s professional journey has been marked by his commitment to excellence and his ability to consistently deliver results. His background includes extensive work in recruitment, where he has excelled in talent sourcing, headhunting, and managing the entire recruitment process. His strategic approach has led to significant improvements in candidate engagement and successful placements, making him an invaluable asset in attracting top talent to meet organizational needs.

Before joining RISEC, Ifeanyi served as a Recruitment Consultant at Cyclofoss Technologies Ltd, where he was instrumental in driving a 25% increase in client satisfaction scores and a 30% increase in candidate applications through innovative recruitment strategies. His proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools has enabled him to streamline processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance overall efficiency.

In addition to his recruitment expertise, Ifeanyi has a strong background in customer service and information processing. His technical proficiency extends to major recruitment and data entry tools such as Zoho Forms, LinkedIn, ATS Software, and Google Forms, ensuring he can handle complex tasks with accuracy and precision.

Ifeanyi holds a Master of Public and International Affairs (MPIA) from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literary Studies/History and International Studies from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. His academic background, combined with his professional experience, equips him with a unique perspective on organizational development and talent management.
