She has served as the Chief Storytelling Officer at Buzz Communications since 2015, where she specialized in creating keyword-rich, SEO-optimized content for clients in industries such as banking, education, finance, SaaS, cybersecurity, marketing, and more. Erika’s ability to adhere to specific corporate tones and messaging goals while producing high-quality content has made her a sought-after communications specialist.

Erika’s extensive background includes advanced research, interviewing, copyediting, and proofreading skills. She has successfully launched and managed several social media accounts, growing them organically.
