We are thrilled to announce that Dhiren Prajapati has joined the RISEC Community Foundation team as our new Recruitment Manager within the Canadian Horizons Group. Based in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Dhiren brings over a decade of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, and administration, combined with an exceptional talent for social engagement and recruitment strategies across diverse sectors. His professional journey has equipped him with unique insights and skills in digital and social media platforms, making him a valuable asset to drive RISEC’s community initiatives forward.

Dhiren’s extensive background includes a strong focus on sourcing, recruiting, and relationship-building across a wide spectrum of industries, such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and scientific sectors. His expertise is grounded in innovative sourcing techniques, from leveraging social media channels and creating targeted Boolean searches to using applicant tracking systems effectively. Dhiren is not only adept at identifying and attracting top talent, but he also brings a unique commitment to promoting inclusivity, having actively recruited individuals from diverse backgrounds, including neurodivergent individuals and veterans, ensuring our outreach reflects RISEC’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Dhiren’s proficiency in various HRIS platforms, including Oracle PeopleSoft and SAP Fieldglass, along with his hands-on experience in HR operations and administration, will allow him to streamline processes and enhance engagement strategies across RISEC’s digital presence. His technical skills extend beyond social media management, encompassing advanced capabilities with tools like JobDiva, MS Office Suite, and multiple communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex, which will enable seamless connectivity and collaboration within our organization.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dhiren has completed post-graduate studies in both Business and Project Management at Saskatchewan Polytechnic, further solidifying his expertise in strategic management and operational efficiency. Dhiren’s dynamic background, combined with his achievements in the HR and recruitment fields, including accolades for outstanding performance, showcases his dedication and drive.
