We are thrilled to welcome Dalileh Javan as the newest member of the RISEC Canadian Horizons team, joining us as our Social Media Manager. Dalileh brings a wealth of experience and digital marketing expertise, making her a perfect fit for this dynamic role. With two years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, SEO, and email marketing, she has demonstrated a solid grasp of the essential tools and strategies needed to effectively manage and grow social media presence for brands.

Her recent role as an E-Commerce Specialist at Carenabeauty Online Shop allowed her to spearhead digital marketing efforts, where she successfully led campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and optimize engagement on Instagram. Under her management, the brand saw over 100,000 reaches and nearly 7,000 impressions in the last quarter alone. Dalileh’s strength in content creation is evident in her ability to produce compelling stories, reels, and promotional posts that not only captivate audiences but also drive sales and customer engagement.

Dalileh has also garnered significant experience in campaign and content management from her previous positions, including her role as Digital Marketing Coordinator at Asia Insurance. Here, she developed and executed comprehensive content strategies across multiple platforms, leveraging SEO, SEM, email marketing, and blog posts to boost brand presence. Her ability to create user personas, segment audiences, and monitor industry trends has equipped her with the insights necessary to tailor content to target audiences, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.

Her strong command of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, paired with her technical skills in tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, and Google Analytics, positions her to lead RISEC’s social media efforts with precision. Additionally, her multilingual abilities in English, Farsi, and French further enhance her ability to connect with diverse audiences across different markets.

Dalileh’s adaptability, time management, and excellent communication skills will enable her to thrive in RISEC’s fast-paced environment, ensuring that our social media presence is strategically managed and continuously optimized for growth.
