Position Overview:

As an Insurance Sales Professional at IFSG, you will be an independent business owner who specializes in helping clients find the right insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. You will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, determine your income potential, and grow your business. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, educating them on various insurance products, and providing personalized solutions to secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.  
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products, including life, health, disability, and critical illness insurance, as well as financial products like annuities.  
  • Assess clients’ needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions to protect their families and assets.  
  • Maintain an active prospecting and follow-up system to ensure ongoing client engagement and relationship building.  
  • Educate clients on the benefits of insurance and help them understand the coverage options available.  
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with the best possible advice.  
  • Work closely with IFSG’s licensed Financial Advisors to support clients in achieving their financial goals.  
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred, but not required.  
  • A valid life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is an asset.  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.  
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.  
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.  
  • Ability to work with diverse client profiles and build long-term relationships.
