Position Overview:

The Executive Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Administrative Administrators, ensuring their tasks are effectively assigned and completed to support the Executive Team and the CEO. This role involves managing key organizational documents and databases, maintaining smooth administrative operations, and providing timely reports to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and have a background in managing administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Administrative Administrators, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • Support the Executive Team and CEO by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Oversee the organization’s key documents and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Provide regular, timely reports and updates directly to the CEO.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential documents for executive meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, preferably in an administrative office manager role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Commitment:

  • Minimum of 10 hours per week.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
  • This role requires a six-month commitment, which will auto-renew unless terminated otherwise.
