We are excited to welcome Olawumi Akingbade to our Canadian Horizons team at RISEC Community Foundation as our new Human Resources Manager. With over five years of extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy implementation, Olawumi brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic approach to managing our HR functions.
Olawumi’s professional journey showcases her expertise in leading recruitment processes across various industries, significantly reducing average hiring times from 12 to just 5 weeks. She has managed high-volume recruitment campaigns, consistently filling an average of 80 positions annually. Her proactive approach in developing recruitment marketing strategies ensures a robust and diverse candidate pipeline, while her strong focus on candidate experience management helps position organizations as employers of choice. Her ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers has been instrumental in aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals, fostering high-performing teams, and supporting growth.
Olawumi is skilled in utilizing data analytics to enhance recruitment strategies and improve decision-making.
