Welcome to the Canadian Horizon RISEC Community Foundation! We are thrilled to introduce Gracia Tshibola Kayembe, who is stepping into the role of Executive Administrative. Gracia brings a wealth of experience and a demonstrated track record in financial management and administrative operations, making her an invaluable addition to our team.
Gracia holds a Bookkeeper Certificate from the International Association of Professions Careers in Canada and boasts comprehensive expertise in accounting and bookkeeping, acquired through extensive experience both in Canada and internationally. Her recent role at SGS Canada, where she served as a Bookkeeper, highlights her impressive ability to manage complex financial tasks, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly and yearly closing procedures. Gracia’s meticulous attention to detail and her adept use of accounting software tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero have consistently resulted in accurate financial recordkeeping, compliance with regulatory requirements, and improved organizational efficiency.
In addition to her Canadian experience, Gracia served as an Accounts Payable and Receivable specialist with Professional Accountant On Board in South Africa. Her proactive approach to account reconciliations and adeptness at maintaining strong vendor and client relationships contributed significantly to operational stability. Throughout her career, Gracia has showcased not only her strong technical skills but also exceptional communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, making her adept at navigating complex administrative challenges with precision and professionalism.
At RISEC Community Foundation, Gracia’s role will be crucial in enhancing operational fluidity. Her proficiency with financial tools, commitment to excellence, and multicultural background (being proficient in both English and French) will facilitate effective communication and collaboration across diverse community initiatives. Her strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and administrative expertise will ensure that the Foundation’s operational goals are met with efficiency, accuracy, and a touch of innovation.
