We are thrilled to announce that Giedre Skeiryte has joined the RISEC Community Foundation team as our new Grant Research Manager. With over seven years of experience in customer service and marketing, Giedre brings a wealth of expertise and a dynamic approach to enhancing our social media presence and community engagement.
Giedre’s professional journey showcases her dedication to developing effective strategies and building strong relationships with customers and audiences. Her core strengths include exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, which have enabled her to excel in various roles. She is adept at quickly resolving challenges and achieving sustainable outcomes, making her a valuable asset to our team.
In her recent role as a Marketing Executive and Coach at MSLC in Armstrong, BC, Giedre managed social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, growing an online community of over 1,000 followers. She used her computer and marketing skills to create a website, design a logo, and conduct live interviews in collaboration with wellness experts, raising awareness about personal development and well-being.
Giedre also worked as a Restart Advisor at Ingeus in Harrow, London, where she managed a caseload of 90+ clients, helping them overcome barriers related to finance, housing, mental health, and employment. Her ability to produce additional ESOL materials for a team of advisers demonstrates her commitment to inclusivity and effective communication.
Her role as a Social Media Marketing Executive at BridgeGap Media in London further highlights her expertise in social media marketing. She successfully re-branded social media accounts, increased the agency’s following, and managed content production to meet the agency’s standards. Giedre’s proficiency in graphic design and her ability to create high-quality visual content on Canva have been instrumental in her career.
Giedre’s educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Music Performance from the University of Chichester and a Customer Service Level 3 certification from Strive Training, London. Her volunteer work at a local food bank in Burnt Oak showcases her dedication to giving back to the community.
